The Main Workshops consist of a large high clearance fully integrated and comprehensively reticulated 9000m2 heavy industrial building complex with 15000m2 of outside concrete hardstand area an additional 15000m2 of hardstand storage area.
Ancillary structures such as Abrasive Blast and Paint Rooms, the Vehicle Maintenance Facility and the Administration Offices have a combined building area of 2000m2 The complex is fully integrated to provide maximum efficiencies including the movement of work between all seven major departments, all in one very large building with access for heavy dimensional loads up to 10mt wide, 10mt high and 35mt long. Our high clearance factory cranes allow for 12mt under hook lift height with 150tonne lift capability Our Commercial Ave property has the largest 11kv electric power capacity at Paget. We have our own switch yard with a multitude of transformer capacities including 3.3kv to power up underground mining plant. |
